I started out as an L&D nurse in New York in 2013. Now I'm in California (yay ratios!) across women's health, postpartum, L&D, you name it. I built this between shifts because real pay info didn't exist. Just vague Reddit threads and guesses. So I made what I wish existed.

Hospitals don't post real numbers. Job listings are vague. The only way to find out what you should be earning is to know the right people. Most nurses don't.
NursePay fixes that. Real pay from real nurses, shared anonymously, so everyone can make better decisions.
How it works
Fill out a short form. No name, no login, no account. Every submission gets reviewed before it goes live. Nothing is collected that could identify you.
What we believe
Pay isn't everything. But it's a big thing. Knowing your worth helps you negotiate, move smarter, and stop being underpaid. This only works because nurses share. Every submission matters.
